Rocel works closely with the various teams of business entities under the Helmi Talib Group for slightly over a decade. She is a well-rounded human resource professional with a vast experience in performing a full spectrum of Human Resource functions, focusing mainly in driving people strategies to meet business expansion and strengthen employee engagement.
She has an extensive and broad knowledge in numerous facets of human resource management including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, regulatory compliance and learning and development.
Rocel’s skillset also extends to strategic planning to cater to the ever-changing demands of the job market. She also provides business administrative direction and oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm while aiming to achieve a high level of employee satisfaction and productivity. This includes reviewing existing policies by taking into consideration the needs of both the employer and employee.
